Pricing & Orders
How much does it cost to customize a shirt (or other apparel)?
Less than a yacht but more than a cup of gas station coffee. Prices vary based on design complexity, quantity, and whether or not you bribe us with cookies.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yep! You can order as few as 6… but we’ll warn you, all your friends will get jealous and demand more.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! The more you order, the more you save. It’s like Costco, but with custom swag instead of 100-pound barrels of mayonnaise.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit, debit, ACH, and possibly gold doubloons if you have them. (No bartering goats—learned that lesson the hard way.)
Do you require prepayment?
Unless you are a school with a purchase order, yes. Unfortunately, we can't pay our suppliers in good vibes alone.
Design & Customization
Can I provide my own design, or do you create designs?
Both! You can bring your own masterpiece, or let our designers sprinkle their magic to make your vision even better.
What file format do you need for artwork?
The best option is a high-resolution PNG, AI, or EPS. But if your artwork is currently a blurry photo of a napkin sketch, we’ll work with you to bring it to life.
Can you match specific colors in my design?
Yes! For a small fee, we can match colors so precisely that even your overly artistic friend won’t notice a difference.
Do you offer embroidery as well as printing?
Yep! Whether you want ink on fabric or thread stitched in, we’ve got you covered—literally.
Can I print on different locations (e.g., sleeve, back, pocket area)?
Sure! If you want a tiny logo on the sleeve or a giant design on the back that makes people do a double take, we’re all for it.
Production & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to complete an order?
Typically, 5-7 business days after artwork is approved, but if you’ve got a time machine, we’d love to borrow it and speed things up.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, but only if you promise to bring us coffee and eternal gratitude. (Rush fees may apply.)
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Depends on how far along we are. If we haven’t started, sure! If we’re knee-deep in ink and fabric, we might have to discuss other options.
Garment Selection & Quality
What brands of apparel do you offer?
We carry top brands, from budget-friendly to premium. Basically, we’ve got options from "comfy and casual" to "I might be too cool for this party."
Can I bring my own shirts for printing/embroidery?
Yes, but just know that we can’t be responsible if your grandma’s vintage T-shirt from 1972 doesn’t survive the process.
What’s the difference between screen printing, DTF heat transfer, and embroidery?
Think of it like this:
- Screen printing - Classic rock vinyl record, durable and timeless.
- Heat transfer - A trendy TikTok remix, fast, flashy and unlimited colors.
- Embroidery - A finely aged wine, classy and built to last.
Do you offer eco-friendly or organic apparel options?
Yep! If you want your shirts to be as kind to the environment as your reusable water bottle, we’ve got sustainable options.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide sizing charts, but if in doubt, order one size up—nobody ever complained about a comfy, oversized shirt.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
Both! You can have your order shipped straight to your door, or you can come pick it up and give us a high five.
What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?
If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it faster than you can say “Whoops!” If it’s your fault… we’ll still do our best to help, but maybe bring cookies as an apology.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom items?
Since custom items are made just for you, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s an issue, let us know—we’re all about making things right.
